Staff friendly enough .
Breakfast is chaotic food no where as good Doubletree JB ask for
omelets chef makes scrambled eggs when I was learning to cook
sure as hell didn’t learn to make omelets how they were doing
fried eggs are awful cooked like a greasy motorway cafe in the UK
cooked in a ring a slapped on hot plate hmmmm .
Indian food was yummy at breakfast .
Lifts here are the most slowest we have ever encountered they don’t even
work properly you press for up it goes down if u r on certain floor
but still have lounge access only certain lifts can use .
Lounge is ok staff very friendly and work so hard in there especially
cocktail time I feel sorry for them they even hv time to chat to
guest really well done guys in the lounge appreciate what you do .
My other gripe here its a absolute disgrace that they hv a smoking area
right next to pool beds and not far really from kiddies pool it should
be stopped end of here want to smoke outside .
Why should guest sit by pool and be subjected to cigarette smoke .
Gym steam sauna changing all clean well looked after 2 friendly gym
guys there .
Room for improvement here banning smoking here is a good start

Our favorite hotel when we are back for holidays!
Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is one of our favorite hotels whenever
we return to Malaysia for our long holiday.
There are many things we like about this hotel including the hotel’s Exec
Lounge, Concierge and Makan team, hotel’s location and the easy
access to shopping venues.
As my hubby is a Hilton Diamond member, we enjoy the lovely benefits
and privileges.
Access to the Executive Lounge is one of the benefits and the EL
manager, Shalinda with her team members - AJ Ash, Brian,
Mustaqim, Didaht, Maria, Sheeda ( hope I got everyone’s name
here) are always very helpful.
The Concierge team is also very helpful and I would like to mention Safa,
Izzat and Faizal.
As Diamond member, we also have a choice to either have breakfast in
the Exec lounge or Makan Kitchen.
The breakfast spread in the ‘Makan Kitchen’ Restaurant is simply
amazing because there are so many choices of Continental/
Western, Malay, Indian and Chinese.
It is a wonderful restaurant to introduce Malaysian food/dishes to my
Belgian hubby.
I would like to mention Aisha for always welcoming us with big smiles in
the mornings and remembering that we like Nescafé Tarik.
We definitely recommend this hotel and it will still be our favorite choice!

Doubletree high standards
Had the most wonderful stay at Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
Received a room upgrade thanks to Mr Stephen Magor.
Truly enjoyed the spacious suite room 2220.
Hotel lobby is at the 2nd floor of the Intermark Mall.
Very convenient as the mall provides the amenities you need e.g.
supermarket, pharmacy etc.
Nazri attended to me during check-in and he was professional and
knowledgeable too.
Very attentive front desk folks who distributed the delicious cookies to
guests waiting to check-in.
Thank you for also delivering the delicious chocolate cake, as I was also
celebrating my mum's birthday.
Appreciate that very much.
Makan Kitchen had a superb line up of food for breakfast, you will be
spoiled for choice with the variety.
On the first morning I was assigned a random table, but when I saw a
special section for "Hilton Gold & Diamond" members I had to ask
if I can sit there.
The staff should have been attentive enough to sit me there, however on
the 2nd day I was automatically assigned that area.
I'm sure they can see my membership level from their list?
Hotel elevators are a little slow, but understand that upgrades are
ongoing.
Hopefully it will be better.
The Careline phone team sometimes do not answer my calls.
I had to make repeated calls.
Not a nice experience in this area.
Hotel is walking distance to the Ampang Park LRT station (accessed via
the link bridge).
You can also easy book a Grab ride from the lobby (I just love how fast
bookings get accepted here in KL, as compared to Singapore).
Will I stay here again?

I only stayed 4 nights but wish it could have been longer.
Good spacious room overlooking city.
Quiet (27th floor).
Reception staff helpful and pleasant.

3 . All the proposed and / or quoted area and / or property has independent and / or confidential
3.1 . Owner
3.1 . Any demand and / or expectation for an appointment and meeting with any potential or
genuine interest / buyer , and / or , area and estate visit or view without forwarded /
issuance of Official Letter Of Intend ( LOI ) will be declined and / or refused
3.2 . Any expectation and request for an appointment and meeting with any potential or
genuine interest / buyer , and , estate or field view / visit should be noted at lease 2
working week prior the visit addenda and / or schedule , or else , it will be refused and
rejected without acknowledgment or advise
3.3 . Any request / application for and appointment or meeting with any potential / genuine
interest and / or field visit and / or view only can be arranged and made after 3 working
weeks advise or affirmation of receiving of the LOI by any one of what has been
specified above at Clause 3
3.4 . Appointment with any potential and / or genuine interest and company or Field/ Land view
should be arranged in the gap and / or space of at least 5 working weeks , or else , it will
be rejected and turn down without affirmation or bond
4 . The Owner , and / or , the appointed and assigned Option Holder , MR. TN. HJ. HAIRUL
FADZLI , and / or , the assigned and appointed Proxy , EN. LOKMAN SALAM , and / or
me and my company will not issue or compile and official / documented appointment
letter to any agent and / or broker , hence , any demand for documented and / or official
appointment and assigned letter to any agent or broker will 100% / absolute DECLINED
5 . The Owner , and / or , the appointed and assigned Option Holder , MR. TN. HJ. HAIRUL
FADZLI ( Mumtalakat Resources ) , and / or , the assigned and appointed Proxy , EN.
LOKMAN SALAM ( Selangor ) , will 100% and / or Absolute Accept and Entertain any
Letter Of Intend ( LOI ) or Deposit from any Malaysian / Domestic Acquirer , and / or ,
Non Domestic and Foreign Acquirer or Buyer
